Note that we also offer 3D printing services for items not on our website or list. You can send an email with your request or send us STL files for printing and we can send you a quote from there. If there is a particular tank or vehicle you are looking for, let us know and we can see if we can hunt down a print file.
Once we receive the above information, we can then send you a quote for your model. At this time you can also request more photos of models if we have printed them before or have them in stock.
Payment.
a. We ask for payment in advance before we start printing since we usually have to purchase files in advance.
b. We accept Paypal and Venmo at this time.
c. For orders picked in in person, we allow a 30% deposit by Paypal or Venmo and cash in person for the remained of payment.
d. We accept Credit Cards in person only at this time
Discounts
a. We do offer discounts on multiple orders at the same time
b. We offer a discount paying in cash to avoid the CC processing fees.
Once printing starts, you will be kept in the loop on the progress.
Pick ups - you will be notified the completion date to schedule a time/date to pick up your model.
Shipping - you will be notified when you order is ready for shipping. We can ship in 3 ways. Let us know how to proceed.
1. - USPS - this is the cheapest, but it's slow and the tracking is not accurate
2. - UPS - we can ship using UPS Ground and send you the tracking number. This is a bit more expensive, but better shipping.
3. - You can send us a pre-paid UPS or Fed-ex shipping label by email. We will give you the box size and weight so you can get you label. This is a cheaper method for customers with a UPS or FED-EX account already.
Return are accepted for the following reasons:
1. Order is wrong (size or model)
2. Order is broken or defective (please send us picture).
3. Other negotiated reason
We must be notified of any returns within 3 business day of receiving the item. After 3 days, there are no returns. Refunds will be given once the item is returned to our place of business.
A few rules of advice
1. No 3D prints are perfect. There will always be seams, imperfections and tree connection points. Take a look at picture of your item before it is shipped to verify if meets your standards.
2. All models are in rough or primed state. All final painting and finishing is up to the customer. This includes any final sanding and joint filling.
3. The prints are created by an artist we buy the prints from. We usually do not have the rights to alter to modify the prints in any way other than size. If there are features on the model that are not 100% accurate to your vehicle at home, we cannot change these.
